Vision, Mission and Values Statement Vision NOVOCREW is powered by the vision of becoming the provider of choice for packaged crewing solutions for vessels servicing the oil and gas industry worldwide. Mission Our business mission is to provide dynamic crew management solutions to vessel owners and operators. The FleetChange Crew Management Team shall continue to maintain an extensive pool of competent and professional candidates who are carefully selected to ensure compliance with client specifications, STCW-95 and flag state requirements. We shall achieve this by coordinating with respected local manning agencies, and by forming solid partnerships with vessel owners and operators around the world. We shall hire teams that function as a close unit, care about the vessel’s mission, and are proud to be a part of the operations they participate in. We are determined to be consistent in placing crew members according to manpower requirements, creating highly qualified teams that work together to get the job done and guarantee the safety of the vessel and the environment.
